Why do I need to upload and update my documents?

We emphasise the importance of maintaining up-to-date documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You must ensure documents are appropriately uploaded and updated on time.

How do I upload new documents?

To upload new documents through the chauffeur app, please follow these steps:

  1. After logging in on the app, press the “profile” option.

  2. At the top of the profile page, press the section where it states your name, with “view profile settings” at the bottom.

  3. navigate to the documents section, where you’ll be able to upload your documents.

To upload new documents through the chauffeur dashboard, please follow these steps:

  1. Access your Partner dashboard on a web browser, directly through here.

  2. Navigate to the document upload section.

  3. Refer to our documentation guidelines for detailed instructions on how to upload the documents correctly.

Will I receive any notifications regarding document expiry?

Yes, you will receive timely notifications to ensure you are aware of upcoming document expirations. Here’s the notification timeline:

  • You will receive regular email notifications one month, two weeks, and one week before the due expiry date.

  • Additionally, you will receive an in-app notification.

  • A final reminder will be sent two days before the expiry date.

How long does it take to verify the uploaded document (s)?

Please note that document verification may take up to 1-2 working days. Currently, our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please, be aware we do not work on bank and public holidays. Kindly submit any documents during the week to ensure speedy approval. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Can I upload new documents at any time?

Yes, you have the flexibility to upload new documents at any point in time. However, please consider the following:

  • If you upload new documents on the date of expiry or afterward, there may be a risk of approval delay.

  • To avoid any potential disruptions, we recommend uploading new documents well in advance of the expiry date.
